The patient recounted experiencing frequent anxiety due to the need for repeated IV replacements. Marissa鈥檚 consistent efforts to ease this anxiety by engaging in comforting conversations and making the patient laugh were deeply appreciated. Marissa鈥檚 proactive advocacy for a PICC line to alleviate the stress of constant IV changes showcased her commitment to patient well-being.
Marissa鈥檚 dedication extended beyond routine care. She took the initiative to check in on the patient regularly, demonstrating genuine concern.
