All Inclusive Primary Care, in collaboration with ÐÇ¿ÕÎÞÏÞ´«Ã½, is aÌýprimary care practice providing preventive medicine and medical management of acute and chronic conditions to patients 18 years and older. Our staff will facilitate patient-centered care through community resources, medical referrals and patient families.Ìý In our primary care setting, we are committed to using evidence-based medicine to help provide quality care that has its foundation in shared decision making with our patients and their families.

Gagandeep Gill, MD, is part of ÐÇ¿ÕÎÞÏÞ´«Ã½ and offers comprehensive primary care to the residents of Smithtown and nearby communities. She is deeply committed to creating a welcoming, family-centered environment and delivering evidence-based care tailored to each patient.Ìý
Dr. Gill earned her medical degree from St. George's University in Grenada, West Indies. Following her clinical training, she completed a combined internal medicine and pediatrics residency at Stony Brook University Hospital, where she was honored to serve as chief resident.Ìý
After residency, Dr. Gill joined the ÐÇ¿ÕÎÞÏÞ´«Ã½ faculty as a Clinical Assistant Professor. For the past decade, she has been dedicated to serving the community's healthcare needs as a physician at All Inclusive Primary Care in Smithtown.

As the newest member of our team, Christine has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare, working as a registered nurse and then as a nurse practitioner. Christine's focus has evolved over the past two decades in the field while always keeping the patient's health and well-being at the center of her work.
"I originally went into nursing for my love of helping others feel better during times of stress and crisis," said Christine Mouszakitis, MS, AGNP-C. "After nearly two decades in healthcare, that desire has now evolved into focusing more on promoting healthy lifestyles, prevention of chronic disease and overall encouragement of health and wellness of those I care for. I am excited and proud to have joined Dr. Gagandeep Gill and the excellent staff at All Inclusive Primary Care."
Christine completed both her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Nursing at Stony Brook University. Before completing her Master of Science, Christine worked as a registered nurse at Stony Brook University Hospital on the Surgical Oncology/Kidney transplant unit, often filling the roles of charge nurse and preceptor to new nurses. She also has experience in the surgical ICU and cardiothoracic ICU. Upon completing her master's, she practiced as a nurse practitioner at MRG Exams, working with veterans.
Christine is a member of the Nurse Practitioner Association of New York.Ìý
Lisa Rumpf, Practice Administrator
Lisa has more than twenty years of experience in practice management and is a valuable asset to All Inclusive Primary Care. ÌýLisa received her Certified Professional CoderÌýcredentials in 2005 while she was the Insurance Department Manager at a large cardiology practice. ÌýIn 2015, as the office manager, she received her Certified Physician Practice ManagerÌýcredentials.Ìý
Lisa has been a part of the All Inclusive Primary Care team since 2018 when she joined as our practice administrator. Within her first six months, she helped facilitate the practice's PCMH (Patient-Centered Medical Home) certification. ÌýLisa specializes in patient satisfaction and recently received a patient satisfaction award through ÐÇ¿ÕÎÞÏÞ´«Ã½.
Lisa has also led our team in community outreach. Due to her efforts, our practiceÌýhas donated 200 coats to One Warm Coat in 2018, as well as over 100lbs of food during our holiday food drive in 2019.Ìý
She leads the team with her experience, leadership and ways to assist in growing the practice.
