Gynecologic ultrasound is an imaging method that uses high frequency sound waves to produce an image of a woman’s bladder, uterus, fallopian tubes, cervix Ìýand ovaries. Ultrasound images can be Ìýused to diagnose and help treat conditions in the pelvis.
