Dr.听Brener is a primary care physician that has been serving the community for more than 10听years.听 As a primary care physician, she not only sees her patients when they are sick but plays a vital role in keeping them healthy.听

Justin M. Waryold is an Assistant Professor at Upstate Medical University and is the director Adult-Geriatric Nurse Practitioner program. Mr. Waryold鈥檚 academic career is focused on adult-geriatric health within the primary and acute care environment. 听His doctoral scholarship includes research in the transition of care of older adults from the hospital environment to the home. In addition, he completed a post-doctoral scholarship with a focus on educating advanced practice nursing students on the importance of sexual health and well-being. 听Through this course, he evaluated the students鈥 increasing knowledge and comfort with the healthcare needs of LGBTQ* community. 听Currently, Mr. Waryold practices internal medicine in a primary care setting and is a listed provider of primary care services for the LGBTQ* community. 听His area of interest includes promoting sexual health care across the lifespan and improving access to care for the LGBTQ* community.

Michael Epifania, DO, is a family medicine physician who provides primary care to patients in Smithtown and the surrounding communities. Dr. Epifania promotes preventive medicine and the body's innate healing capabilities through compassion and professionalism.

Dr. Epifania received his Medical Degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, Pennsylvania, and completed his residency at St. John's Episcopal Hospital in Queens, New York.
Beyond medicine, Dr. Epifania finds joy in unraveling puzzles, exploring the mysteries of the cosmos through astronomy and engaging in friendly competitions through games.
