We have a staff of around 100 employees and operate between two large clinics, one in Suffolk County and one in Nassau County, both of which are clean, modern, and newly renovated in 2020 and 2023. Our main site, a 26,000 sq. ft. state of the art facility located in Commack, houses all of our non-patient-facing staff, including case management, member services, and the remainder of the administrative staff.

Certified Medical Assistant - Westbury -
The Certified Medical Assistant will maintain a safe, secure and healthy work environment by establishing and following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations. The successful Medical Assistant will have excellent customer service skills and will treat every patient with care and compassion. This position requires a responsible individual who can commit to being at work on time and who has excellent attendance, as well as an individual with patience who can handle assisting Providers in a busy clinic. Research Laboratory Specialist - Commack / Westbury -
The Research Laboratory Specialist will track and process blood samples for future World Trade Center related studies. The overall purpose of these studies is to examine the complexity of health issues experienced by WTC responders following their involvement in the rescue, and/or clean-up effort after the 9/11 WTC disaster and how these health issues may be related to each other so that better strategies can be identified to target WTC-related illnesses. In light of the important treatment implications of the proposed analyses for this population, it is imperative to create a high-quality dataset for this purpose. The Research Laboratory Specialist will be responsible for tracking and processing blood samples for various World Trade Center related research studies
