Our community care model guides everything we do. Members meet doctors, nurses, social workers, care coordinators, and member services staff at our clinic.
Many staff help keep the program running. They schedule appointments, handle pharmacy orders and procedure approvals, process claims, manage research data, and grow our provider network.
Members come back for yearly medical checks and also take part in events, studies, and preservation work. Thousands of 9/11 responders trust us and see our team as part of their community. It feels meaningful to provide a place for health and healing after 9/11.
