Flu Season is Here!
Now is the time to get a flu vaccine! The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommends that everyone ages 6 months and older receive the flu vaccine by the end of October. It takes about two weeks after vaccination for antibodies to develop in the body to protect against flu virus infection. Getting a flu vaccine every year is the best way to protect yourself and your family from flu and its potentially serious complications.
Members with a WTC-certified condition can get the flu vaccine covered at no cost by using their WTC Health Program Express Scripts pharmacy card at any in-network pharmacy.

As of��June 1, 2022, the World Trade Center (WTC) Health Program
has transitioned pharmacy benefits management to Express Scripts.

If you are certified and you have not received your new Express Scripts Prescription Card, please call 800-935-7179 to request a new card be sent to you. Alternatively, you may download the Express-Scripts mobile app., where you can save a copy of your card on a smartphone device.

If you have not contacted Express Scripts to set up your home delivery account, please do so by calling 800-935-7179
in order to prevent delays in receiving home delivery medications.��

If you have multiple plans with Express Scripts and the incorrect plan was billed, please call Express Scripts at 800-935-7179 to have this resolved.��You should never have a copay on WTC-related medications.
